Chellsey Latham, Owner

Teaches Yoga, Sculpt & IHP

Owner of Hot Asana Studio North Conway, ERYT500, YACEP, Hot Asana Yoga University Faculty

Chellsey Latham’s journey into yoga began not in a studio, but in a physical therapy room—after a traumatic spinal injury nearly changed the course of her life. What started as a path to healing became a lifelong practice rooted in resilience, purpose, and transformation.

For the last 15 years, Chellsey has been on the mat as a dedicated practitioner, using yoga not only as a physical tool, but as a way to reconnect mind, body, and spirit.  Chellsey is a Clinical Nutrition Specialist with a focus on plant-based nutrition, offering a holistic approach to wellness that goes far beyond the mat.

Opening Hot Asana North Conway was a calling—an opportunity to bring stronger community, deeper education, and authentic connection to the Mount Washington Valley. Through sweat, soul, and shared experience, Chellsey is creating a space where people can grow, heal, and feel truly at home.

This is more than a studio. It’s a community. It’s a movement. It’s a return to what matters most.

Zita Flaherty- RYT 500

Teaches Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt

Zita found her way to yoga in 2015 while looking for tools to manage anxiety, depression, and patterns that weren’t serving her. What began as a physical release quickly became a grounding practice that helped her build strength, self-awareness, and a more sustainable way of living.

She completed her 200-hour training with YoYoYogi in Portland, OR (2018), followed by a 300-hour advanced training with Grace Jull (2020). Her additional certifications include Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga for 12-Step Recovery. She’s currently pursuing Yoga Therapy training through Breathing Deeply.

Zita’s classes offer intentional, challenging flows focused on mobility and strength, always with space for personal agency. Outside the studio, she loves being on the trails with her other half and their wild fur-child, Bagheera, snowboarding, reading and cooking nourishing vegan meals.

She looks forward to connecting with the community and sharing this practice with others in Conway, NH. <3

Erin Paradis

CYT 200

Master Kinesiologist

Teaches Yoga & Pilates

My journey in wellness began at the University of Maine, where I earned a degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism with a minor in Outdoor Education. As a collegiate downhill ski racer and outdoor program leader, I guided experiences in whitewater canoeing, backpacking, winter mountaineering, and skiing—experiences that help shape my connection to nature and movement.

That connection continued to evolve as I pursued a Master’s in Kinesiology, which sparked my interest in the intricacies of the human body and inspired me to study yoga and meditation. I earned my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in Falmouth, Maine, then moved to Asheville, North Carolina, where I became a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reiki Practitioner.

I’ve continued to expand my toolkit with certifications in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching, Breathwork and Meditation Instruction, Craniosacral Therapy, and licensure as a Chiropractic Assistant. I’m also a Registered Maine Guide in the discipline of sea kayaking—a beautiful blend of my love for the outdoors and guiding others.

Today, I run a massage therapy and wellness practice in Conway and host integrative retreats and gatherings that draw from multiple modalities to inspire connection and community. I believe in meeting people where they are and supporting their unique wellness journey through integrated care rooted in movement and nature.

Bree Matturro

CYT 200

Teaches Yoga

Bree Matturro is a 200-hour CYT specializing in Power Vinyasa Flow, trained through Guruv Yoga in Lake Mary, Florida. With over a decade of personal practice, Brein has experienced firsthand how yoga can be a powerful tool for cultivating balance, strength, and clarity in the midst of everyday life.

In addition to being a dedicated yoga teacher, Bree wears many hats—she’s a mother, a small business owner, and a freelance tech writer. Her classes reflect this dynamic lifestyle: they’re creative, empowering, and infused with a sense of grounded joy. Drawing inspiration from music and traditional asana, Brein’s sequences are never quite the same, offering students a fresh experience each time they step on the mat.

Her intention is simple—to help students build strength, break a sweat, and have a little fun along the way. All levels are welcome in her classes, and she encourages a lighthearted approach to the practice, reminding us that growth often begins when we stop taking ourselves too seriously.

Jade brings a joyful, heart-centered presence to every class. Her journey began at 18, when she completed her 200-hour teacher training on a permaculture farm in Costa Rica—a place that sparked her deep connection to nature, holistic living, and conscious movement.

She recently completed her 300-hour certification and continues to expand her offerings through a free-flowing, dynamic style that weaves together breath, movement, and intention. Her classes are both grounding and uplifting, designed to help students feel vibrant, empowered, and at home in their bodies.

Beyond the mat, Jade is passionate about raising her two little ones close to the Earth, cooking nourishing meals, and embracing the simple, sacred rhythms of life. She teaches yoga as a way to support the collective rise in consciousness and to help others thrive in body, mind, and spirit.

Sarah Trudel

CYT 200

Teaches Yoga

Sarah dove deeply into her yoga practice during a battle with Lyme Disease nearly two decades ago. She became increasingly interested in learning more about the history, science, and

philosophy behind the asana practice that had been of such tremendous benefit to her physical body. In the spring of 2019, she enrolled in Sherry Sidoti’s FLY Yoga School 200hr Teacher Training Immersion on Martha's Vineyard, and by fall has also received her 50hr Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training through Lora Ksieniewicz’s Yoga San Kalpa School.

Sarah believes that yoga is truly for every body and every ability. She encourages a gentle

mindful approach and shares yoga in a compassionate, caring and inclusive way – with a full understanding that each person is on their own journey. She is dedicated to offering the necessary space for allowing exploration of both the mind and the body.

Off the mat, Sarah is a small business owner who enjoys working with and training horses, all things ocean and mountain wilderness related, spending time with her son, and waiting patiently for winter to arrive, so she can play in the snow!
